You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Consultations, pooja bookings, and shop purchases are paid for using your platform wallet. Wallet top-ups are processed at face value, and charges for chat consultations are metered per minute at the rate shown on each astrologer's profile.

Pooja bookings are scheduled based on availability and the date/time you select. Shop orders are subject to product availability. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and returns.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting service availability, or submitting false information.

To the extent permitted by law, GLYTRA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any guidance provided through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
